Sales Policy

 

Any bunny purchased from Logans Rabbitry that falls ill within 14 days of leaving the rabbitry may be returned and replaced with a rabbit of the same breed, price and quality, as long as paperwork from at Licensed Veternarian stating that the illness and/or death is something that occured from birth is provided. The animal must be returned to the rabbitry in order to receive a replacement. If the animal has died a replacement will only be provided with paper work from a Licensed Veternarian stating that the animal is deceased and the rabbitry is at fault within the alloted 14 days. Veternarian cost will not be reimbursed. Logans Rabbitry is NOT liable for any illness or harm that comes to the rabbit after it leaves the rabbitry. Unless stated by at veternairian that the rabbitry is at fault within the 14 days. If at any time you can not keep the rabbit, Logans Rabbitry will gladly take the rabbit back, however we will NOT refund the price. No cash refunds, only replacement animals will be provided. If a replacment is not available you may be placed on a waiting list for an upcoming litter. If the animal is not picked up within 7 days of its ready date, unless prior arrangements have been made, you will forfeit your replacement.

 

Deposits

 

Deposits are accepted on babies that are not ready to leave the rabbitry. You can  place a deposit down on a kit that is not ready to leave the rabbitry, or you can place a deposit down and get on a waiting list for an upcoming litter. If you place a deposit on an upcoming litter and none of the kits survive you may apply your deposit to any of our other bunnies for sale or to any other upcoming litters. A deposit is half of the sale price. You have 7 days after the rabbits ready date to pay the remaining balance and pick up the animal, unless prior arrangments have been made with the rabbitry, if the balance isnt paid and the animal is not picked up, the animal will be placed up for sale and your deposit will be forfeit.  Deposits are non-refundable. Pick Up

 

We do NOT ship any of our rabbits. We find that shipping is too stressful on the animal. All of our rabbits are pick up ONLY. However, we will sometimes agree to meet at a mutual location within Harford County. If we agree to meet and you do not show up any deposit placed on an animal is automatically forfeit and the animal will be placed back up for sale. This policy may sound harsh but there have been too many instances where we have agreed to meet and it has been a complete waste of time when the other party fails to show up or notify us that they will not be showing up. We will NOT meet anyone unless a deposit has been placed on an animal before hand.

 

 

Delivery

 

 

In some instances we are also willing to deliver our bunnies to their new homes. If we do agree to deliver there will be addition fees based on distance. If we deliver and there is no one there to recieve the bunny and pay the balance any deposit placed will be forfeit and the animal will be placed back up for sale. We will NOT deliver any animal unless a deposit has been placed before hand. We will NOT deliver outside of Maryland.
