Policy

 

Deposits are accepted on baby rabbits that are not ready to leave the Rabbitry. You can place a deposit down on a kit that is not ready to leave the Rabbitry, or you can place a deposit down and get put on a waiting list for an upcoming litter. If you place a deposit on an upcoming litter and none of the kits survive you may apply your deposit to any of our other bunnies for sale or to any other upcoming litters. A deposit is half of the sale price for born kits, and half of the minimum price for unborn waiting list kits. You have 7 days after the rabbit’s ready date to pay the remaining balance and pick up the animal, unless prior arrangements have been made with the Rabbitry. If the balance is NOT paid and the animal is NOT picked up, or the balance HAS been paid but the animal is still has NOT been picked, the animal will be then be placed back up for sale and your deposit will be forfeit.(This is our Seven Day Rule) All Deposits are non-refundable.

 

            Logan’s Rabbitry agrees that once a deposit is placed we will not sell the reserved animal to anyone except the agreed party, unless the seven day rule has lapsed.

 

 

By signing this document all parties are agreeing to the terms of the above policy, and fully understand and agree that we, the Rabbitry, will not resell the reserved animal unless the seven day rule has lapsed or there is a failure to pay the remaining balance on the above rabbit.
